Eagle Tokyo

Tokyo's first "Brooklyn-style" bear bar in the rowdy Shinjuku Ni-chome welcoming guests from all over the world!

Since opening in 2016, Eagle Tokyo has become one of the places to be in Shinjuku Ni-chome.

In this “Brooklyn-style” bar, a friendly barman will take your order at the entrance while you take in their seasonal decor. He will recommend you not only the discounted drinks during happy hour, but also delicious specialty drinks from their seasonal menu, and you can also try the world-famous Japanese whiskeys and gins!

Drinks and atmosphere

Of course, you can ask one of the friendly staff to take a photo with one of the emblems of the bar — its wallpaper located on the right side from the entrance, with Jiraiya’s drawing of the two shirtless buff bears in love.

On the same side, the locals and tourists love finding their favorite clothing and accessories. You will not only find EAGLE Tokyo T-shirts and accessories, but also the brands Nippondanji, Bearology and various T-shirts designed by famous gay Japanese artists.

The staff is adorable and can chat you up in different languages.

You will find customers from all over the world, from local Japanese to a wide range of expats, and of course, tourists, so have a drink while you exchange your experiences in Japan. The staff is adorable and can chat you up in different languages. You’re able to chat with these sexy friendly bears not only in English or Japanese but also Spanish, Chinese and French, depending on the day of the week.

Entertainment and more

That is why you can hear not only mainstream house or pop music, but also the local Japanese pop, Chinese or Korean hits. If you’re lucky, you may meet a few of the barmen who are also famous gogo boys of bear events such as the hot duo Brother Bears, or even chat with the legendary and sexy bear gogo boy Nao, the manager of the bar.

If you’re more of a crowd-loving person, we recommend you to go to Eagle Tokyo on the weekends, especially Saturday nights. If you’re more of a chill person willing to chat with hot barmen, visit during the week so you can sit down, relax and enjoy your chat with the boys. If you want to visit a more cozy, small Japanese style bar, visit Eagle Tokyo’s sister lounge bar, Leo Lounge Tokyo, located just three minutes away.
